Signed up for a year, was asked for more money to get results. Not one person I searched for was found

Paid $19.99 for a years membership but they did not tell me I was only intitled to 10 entries. Wanted $ l. 95 for information on people they did not find unless I gave them more money.

I can find more information on free sights.
