ISP service loading up fraudlent websites cookies Certificate of Authoritys

Email Cookie and ISP Tampering

Today is 09/15 University Place Washington. I would like to talk about the three following issues

1. Loading Fraudulent Cookies on Personal Computers
2. Tampering with Email
3. ISP Fraud Harassment

The First Issue is placing cookies Pornographic Casino Spam Cookies without my permission. I recently used the Opera Browser 9.0 with the Internet Explorer 7.0 Built in Browser. My ISP service required that I accept cookies for the sites I visit called 1st party cookies. I blocked 3rd party cookies because of Viruses Spy ware Trojan's etc. The past two weeks using the Opera Browser 9.0 I encountered cookies loaded from a Database these cookies contained Pornographic Casino and SPAM. I strictly monitored the cookies setting the Opera Browser to only allow from the Sites I visit. The problem is I did not visit any Casino SPAM or Pornographic web sites they were loaded onto a fake web site. The next step I took were to control the Certificate of Authority's meaning I blocked all Internet Explorer 7.0 Certificate of Authority's my setting for trusted web sites was high I enable the protection mode as well. I also blocked the 1st party cookies from the Internet Explorer 7.0 because the ISP services Netzero was exploiting the Internet Explorer built in Browser placing a object and tunneling through the Application to place cookies despite my security settings and Opera Browser settings (Cookies and Certificate of Authority's).

I attempted to send email to my Net zero account demanding them to stop placing these cookies (Please note the Fraudulent cookies were well over 100) from My International email account [email protected] I will now discuss email

I have not been able the past 3 4 months to access my Email account from Net zero despite changing my password??? In another instance my ISP service Net zero has been misusing my International email address stating I sent email to various places in Europe the problem with this is some of the names used example david Smith [email protected] was not correct this showed that misuse of Foreign address spaces my name is Barry not david paul etc.in another instance the mis usage of different country's address spaces was also misused claiming I sent email to japan Russia today my ISP service claimed I sent 25 emails to Russia and Japan when I sent a response I did not send the email was blocked and the E mail administrator played games running behind Foreign address spaces claiming they had a report stating I did. I could not contact the E mail administrators who made these claims they were hidden under Class A Private IP addresses Inverse Apra Different Encodation schemes

I attempted to call my ISP provider at 1-866-841-1442 I asked them why are they attempting to place cookies Pornographic casino SPAM cookies without my permission I also asked them why I cannot access my email the past 3 4 months ([email protected]) they could not provide a explanation. They attempted to connect me to a Supervisor and free technical support only to hang up on me basically they are playing dodge ball 'catch me if you can problem is the Local ISP service is located in South 38th street Tacoma Washington so I will be taking legal action under International law regardless of U.S. Law immunity from prosecution tampering with International Email does not excuse you from International court. When the email is registered with the Hague United nations and other Entity's.
