Will not refund the $49.50 after the 7 days are up. Said it was posted 4 times

I too purchased the $1.95 Instant Access on 8/25/08 on my credit card. Was checking it today and found the $49.50 on it. Called the number and after a 20 minute wait, finally got someone.

She said they posted it 4 times about the 7 day trial, and would not refund my money. But did cancel the service, or said they would. I'll see next month. I went back to the site, like I was a new customer, and put in the information.

I checked to see where the 7 day statement was, it was at the bottom, ONCE. So the lady lied to me. Beware of this site. And once you're in, you get no help.
