Order placed Aug. 18th. Haven't received anything. Pig anime will not respond, also no contact info. Except email

Pig anime is not shipping my order. My order was placed on August 18th. They only have email as a way to contact them, and they do not respond to any emails, I'm sure this is a scam. Do not order anything from piganime.com
