This claims is against the purchase of 50 LCD monitors from Jeffrey Kodba's company JSK Computer Services, LLC, the purchase is for a minority community school in Montreal Quebec Canada.
I got 48 instead of 50 LCD monitors in one carton on a skid on August 20, all of them are not even packaged in bubble wraps, majority of them are screen-broken, labelled dead, scraped from ebay. I was shocked, upset for such fraudulent or deceptive trade practices.

I learn on ebay (http://cgi. Ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI. Dll? ViewItem&rd=1&item=120278425502&ssPageName=STRK: MEWA: IT&ih=002) that Mr. Jeffrey Kodba is liquidating volume numbers of LCD monitors due to off-lease returns.

I started contacting him for potential purchase of 50 LCD monitors since May. Based on his good-standing ebay feedback (http://myworld. Ebay.ca/lakeereiewholesale/), the good comment article on http://www.wholesalecentral.com/JSK-Computer-Services.htm, and his promise of good customer satisfaction over phone, I placed the order with him, and wired the money to him on August 20, and got the skid on August 28.

Such sale activity is not general business practice, and against regular ethnic and moral standards in business activities.

I am and will continue trying everything I can to get the money back.

What would you like the business to do to settle your complaint?
Either send me 50 good working LCD monitors (17"-19") in safe packageing, at no cost, OR refund me $2000 plus, shipping, costum fee, and damages $1000.
