ConsumerGain is a website on the internet that promises a free gift if you complete 6 other company offers. My offers have been completed for months now. I have sent countless messages requesting finalization and realization of their promise to their support department. I have scanned and e-mailed all my proof documents that they have requested, countless times.in return, they have given me excuse after excuse as to why my offers are not showing completion, which to me are empty excuses, as again - I HAVE COMPLETED ALL MY OFFERS MONTHS AGO. I assume, if they are in communication with these businesses on their website, that one phone call to each of them will be all the proof they need to show that I have completed all the membership requirements. I should not have to jump through hoops to get the free gift they are promising.
I hate to have to take steps, to contact the Better Business Bureau, or to send a grievance and complaint to the California Dept. Of Consumer Affairs, or to report their website to the Government for Internet Fraud, but if this matter is not resolved, I will have to do something more drastic. Perhaps complaints like this will help others in the same predicament, or help the ConsumerGain Company resolve problems in-house to facilitate better company practices and member morale.
