Took money for medication that was never recieved and when i complained i have had no replys to my emails Internet

This company took 135 usd from western union for medicine i never recieved. They answered once to the many emails i have sent saying i will not be refunded. Since then they have not answerd at all. I paid through western union to a man called ibrahim hussain. Karachi pakistan
