Wow. Saw a $35 charge on my credit card. Called the phone number. Pushed 1 for billing support. "can't leave a message - it's full" (i'll bet). Other numbers say, "see website." later i called again and this time got a guy in india claiming to work for snapstorm holdings, which handles billing for mbcontact.com i asked for his boss and he wouldn't let me. He alleged that he refunded my money and after several demands for same, gave me a "confirmation code." i suspect strongly that the ripoff won't come.
