The script described by former employees is correct. At no time, do they mention the fee is nonrefundable; even when cancelled within hours of committing. After reviewing the conversation, I decided the timing was not good and emailed a cancellation. Multiple emails and conversations followed resulting with Galon informing me the $79 trial 1st offer fee is non-refundable. The difficulty in reaching elocal listing as described in the other complaints is also true.in Alabama, we have 3 days to change our mind on an offer that is unsolicited. I can't believe this isn't universal. I, also, don't understand how I received the call from elocal listing originally as I am on the Federal "Do Not Call" list. They did tell me they would do a better job than www.vrbo.com in getting a response to my website so that is probably where they obtained my phone number. I thought Andy Bukata was a nice young man and believable. I wonder if he even knows, he scammed a grandmother. I found this website by googling elocal listing which I should have done originally and certainly will from now on. So I guess the $79 was not totally lost!
