Diamond Prize Center spams the internet to hire people. They hire anyone who applies. It is cold calling, and, they tell people they entered a contest and have won a great prize. They say they are 3rd party verifiers, and, need to qualify you so that you can claim your prize.
In reality, they are qualifying you for a timeshare resort. They won't tell you that's what it is, but, will mention you have to sit through a 90 minute presentation, and, to stay until it's over so that you can get your scratch off. Most everyone wins the vacations which aren't free at all, but, contain all kinds of hidden costs, and are virtually worthless.
If when they call you, and, tell you that you are a finalist, you don't fall within their guidelines, then guess what? You are no longer a finalist.
Be very leery of calls such as this. A legitimate contest would deliver the prize to your door, not make you go to a claim center to get it.
