Charged for Norton AntiVirus 2008 which I did not order since it was already put in by store I bought it from which was Best Buy in Montreal, Quebec

When I bought my computer, Best Buy put in Norton AntiVirus disk and Webroot and I got charged Foreigh Currency - EUR 78.24 which amounted to $126.60 on my credit account which I did not expect since it was already charged by Best Buy.
