Ripoff

I was charged 3 months by AOL when I e-mailed them on August 8 to cam=ncel my free trail membership. When I discussed this that I have been being billed three months and they said they could not help me but could give me three months free.

Now I do not want that and I can't get the phone to tell them to cancel everything. I am going to notify the credit card and make sure they don't pay them this month. They must need our money to rip us off this way.
