We are Chandra and Anthony and we are having major problems with Montgomery Ward catalog not wanting to cancel our order claiming that they have to "request" a cancellation from a warehouse that they claim to have little to no contact with. I (Chandra) have spoken to about 10 customer service reps and 3 supervisors at this Mickey Mouse excuse for a company and have gotten the same canned apologies, excuses and responses from each.
Also, they tell us that if the warehouse has shipped, we can send our items back and be refunded purchsase price but not shipping, which to us seems very dishonest and unethical.
With her permission, we used my 77 year old grandmother's credit card to purchase:

Adding to this outrage, I (Chandra) am on kidney dialysis 2 days a week, 4 hours a day and collect SSI as does Anthony, who has schizophrenia. We, including my grandmother are all on fixed incomes and cannot afford to pay for charges we have already attempted to cancel several times.
My grandmother will be putting a hold on the order if and when they bill us, but it's the principle of the thing: If you can't do business correctly and ethically, don't do business.
Avoid this website like the plague.
This is inhuman and these shysters have admitted to working out of their homes. They have no knowledge of what they are doing and need to be stopped before they attempt to rob others, like they are trying to do to us.
