Asked to make commissions on sales which i did and more than what they asked for and i was never paid

I invested $2500.00 to get the platium package because they told me that's the package that makes money three ways you get paid on commissions $1000.00 on every 20 bottles of vitamin that is sold i sold 29 and got the $1000.00 and you get $100.00 for every one that signs up wth the company i then sold 33 bottles and signed up 21 people and never got paid for that they told me the money was refunable within 1 year when i realize they was not paying me i requested my money back before six months and every time i called them they would put me on hold for one and a half hr. Then they would hang up on me so i began calling every day for four months and they got fed up with me and keep telling that they sent out the check over and over they told me the same thing until i am getting a different recording now i went into this so i could of pay off my debts for onlinemedicalnetwork but i got tricked again please help me thank-you.
