I now have filed my law suit against Luis Valdez Jr.in Raleigh, NC. The trial date is set for mid May and will keep all posted on the Stop Payment Check.
I guess he figures that out of state people will not sue him for the monies. Well he is wrong the collection agency could not get anywhere with him. However, they did report him to all three credit bureaus.
I will keep all posted and be-careful with him and the above companies. Only accept cash from him.
