Technical Support Failure - Poor Speed - Don't Let Them Rip You Off

Wildblue is a nightmare. We've upgraded the package for speed, but remain the same only to pay more money each month. Now Wildblue no longer supports Outlook even though they say they do. It's a lie. I've entered and re-entered the parameters to setup Outlook and nothing. I used to be a systems admin and I know it does not work. Outlook is easy to set up with any pop email account. We access our email via the website which takes forever. I work from home and this is as unacceptable as it gets and Wildblue refuses to answer our demand for Outlook support.

Sadly weve moved to where there isnt cable access. We had ordered Direct TV and they pushed Wildblue as a package deal. I will hold Direct TV responsible if we do not get this problem resolved by a total refund and may in fact include Direct TV in a suit.

To make things worse the speed is so slow the IE times out most of the time trying to access my email via their website! Unbelievable! What a crock.
I've sent faxes to the heads of Wildblue. Let's see if they answer. I doubt it.in the meantime I will file complaints where ever I can and I will file a civil suit to recover all that we've spent to get Wildblue.

DO NOT install Wildblue. A 1 year contract is a scam if there is no support or you arent getting the service you pay for. Warn everyone about this company and STAY AWAY.

The only way to email wildblue is through the website. Guess what? No physical evidence that you sent an email. Fax corporate headquarters and send a registered letter demanding a refund. Give them 30 days and then file a civil suit.

Remember there is something you CAN do! File a suit in a civil court. I am going to do this. It is reasonable, you don't need an attorney and the judges are fair if you have been ripped off in any way. Failure to provide a service is a rip-off. File for all costs involved. At least you can recover that and with Wildblue you do have a case.

Then notify everyone you can, post on every site and send letters to investigative news teams. Let Wildblue know you won't rest and just sit through a contract
