On Oct. 3, I contacted Joseph Menefee at Global Technology Solutions Inc or GTSI to inquire about purchasing the IBM System x3250 server for Web and infrastructure solutions. I was told that he had the item and If I ordered it, he would have it out the next day and I could expect delivery within about 2 to 3 days...
Little did I know, I was going to be scammed.
Days became weeks and weeks became months. I contacted joseph menefee numerous times to inquire about my order.
First I was told that the item was on back order then I was told that the item was drop shipped. Then I was told it was shipped and then I was told that the order was over looked and that it would be shipped out tomorrow.
Tomorrow was over a month ago! And still not product.
If you ever run across the scammer joseph menefee of maryville west virginia, using fake business names such as, Global Technology Solutions Inc, GTSI, stay far away or youll be sorry!
From what I can tell, it is a family ran scam.
