We bought a lot off these people off Ebay. They advertised a "Tropical Paradise" in Hawaii showing pictures as well. When we went to visit the property it was more of a "drug haven"... Actual words from a local real estate agent! There were derilict abandon cars on the dirt road that was to be paved. Houses were in great need of repair. There was even a gate across the main road stating "Keep Out". The value of the lot was 1/4 of the price on Ebay. (We only bid on the downpayment.) The pictures they used on Ebay were fraud. And not actual. The actual piece of property was totally different. After being confronted with it they claimed everything was right and we never heard from them again. This was definite REAL ESTATE FRAUD! WE ARE OUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS *BEWARE*!!!
