I tried to order graduation annoucements today and when I got to the order summary I noticed it gave me the wrong price. I called customer service and when I asked to speak to someone without a foreign accent I was hung up on. I called back and got another person with a foreign accent but she was nice and got me a "supervisor". He also had a foreign accent but I could understand him. I explained to him several times that the system was charging me for cards that are folded and not flat cards.
Finally he got what I was saying and left the phone and then came back and told me that if I pay the wrong price, they will reimburse me. I was like I dont think so. I explained to him I am a new customer and you want me to put my faith in you after I have been hung up on. I told him I will think about it. I started looking for a phone number to the main company and I found this website. I am glad I did because I will not be purchasing anything from them.
