I wanted so much for this to be a legitimate endeavor. My husband and I discussed it at length and decided to take a chance on it. We even set up a new e-mail address to handle the "business".
A confirmation e-mail was sent to us advising us that they had received our credit card info to pay for the program. After waiting a few days for the info to be received via e-mail, I responded to their "customer care" web address demanding a response within 24 hrs. Or I would rescind the credit card info. Nothing. Therefore, I called their "customer service" number provided in my confirmation. Of course, it was a call center from a foreign land. The person there could barely understand me, and I certainly couldn't understand her. However, she took my name & phone number to have someone call me back "within 72 hrs.".
I decided that that would not be enough action for me to take, so I called my credit card number. They in turn called this company (which I assume was on the charge which was made) and then the call was turned over to me. They then took my info once again and said that my money would be refunded.
Don't know if this will actually take place or not. If not, I will once again turn to the credit card company and complain to them that proper action was not taken by them. We'll see!!!
