I placed an order, and Dean's Beans sent notification indicating my order had shipped. They charged my card. For over a week however the order sat in their office, and the charge sat on my card. Though I placed the order on their WEBSITE, and they sent me an EMAIL confirming my order had shipped, they left me a voicemail regarding some shipping misinformation on a heavily spammed phone number. I discovered the voicemail while sorting through spam over the weekend. I sent them an email correcting the shipping information, and pointing out that it's silly to send confirmation emails before something is shipped, and then to leave someone voicemail, twice, but never try sending them an EMAIL to the same address they sent the confirmation notice to. I pointed out that other vendors of their nature do just this, and that I've never had such communication issues with other coffee vendors.in response the owner of the company, Dean Cycon, was quite rude, telling me I should take my business elsewhere. When I pointed out the credit card being charged without shipping issue, the owner, Dean Cycon blew me off, telling me to take my "petty vendetta" to the "FBI" and calling me a "consummate jackass".
