I was charged for a product from these people for something I didn't even order. I don't use pain pills or cream. They charged me 66.90 and refuse to give the money back

Was charged for a product from these people for something i didn't even order. I don't use pain pills or cream. They charged me 66.90 and refuse to give the money back.
They are definately SCAMMERS.

I have yet to receive anything from them that I can return and they refuse to remove the $66.90 charge from my charge card.
