I pre-paid ClickaNerd.com to repair my hard drive and recover the data stored within. The hard drive contained personal information (files, pictures, video), our personal finances (tax returns, etc) and business records.

ClickaNerd.com, after taking my money & receiving my hard drive, has not sent me any data recovered and my hard drive is now missing (supposedly thrown away by ClickaNerd.com, without my permission to do so). I have not rec'd anything for the money I paid to recover my data and fix my hard drive.

The service manager said he sent me the data recovered (which he did not) and then resent a disc with pictures and data on it that belong to someone else. I have some else's personal photographs on a disc that ClickaNerd.com sent me! When I emailed the service manager to tell him he had sent me someone else's data, he called me a liar. He said "you are annoying me. Get a Lawyer-I am done talking to you".

This company, ClickaNerd.com, has taken my money and provided nothing in return. No data, no hard drive, nothing but heartache and headaches. The service manager, Shawn Richeson, has shown me that he does not care about providing quality service to his customers. I have asked repeatedly to speak on the phone to someone, anyone, regarding this matter and Shawn flatly refuses to call me via phone (email only for this coward!) or give me someone else in the company I can speak to to resolve this situation. He says "I'm as far as you're going to get with this matter".

Shawn Richeson has shown that while his title is "Service Manager" unfortunately he does not know anything about "Service". He had not tried to resolve the problem or rectify the situation. No apologies, no attempts to fix the problem, no care or concern for his customer... Only accusations that I am lying about the data I received. Don't let this happen to you!

I am located in Denver (where ClickaNerd.com markets its services) and the company is headquartered in Killeen, TX. I have filed complaints with many regulatory agencies to let them know they have a terrible computer company operating without any service or quality standards.

Please tell others not to use this company and spare them the hassle of dealing with this! They will steal your money and give you nothing in return. There are many more reputable computer repair companies available. Use them, even if it costs more money! Thank you.
