I am a adopted parent who was also my daughters foster mother until she reached 18, my daughter is now 18 and we decided to find the birth mom, Ironic the birth mom contacted my mother in law in the midist of all this from REUNION.com. I was very excited to see how to get a hold her and how her life was going etc, I signed up, and to get any deep information email etc I had to become a member, it said $2.00, because we are not wealthy people my checking account had little in it but I did have at least this much, I put my card number in and it did not even give me a total, it just took my money, $71.00 plus $1.00 to verify that the card was good,
I have called them many times, pretty bad customer service, no not pretty bad it was the worse customer service I have ever seen, they lied by saying they would reund my account in three days, this still would leave me with a 35.00 over draft fee, I headed down to my bank to make a formal complain, when the transaction hit my account and my checking account was now in the - I filed a claim of fraud with my bank, yes they took care of it and I got my money back from my bank.
My bank will never see that money, how is this even legal? Why are these scum bags aloud to get away with this? If there is a class action lawsuit against them I would like to be in on it, I am so angry I could almost drive to Calif and locate them.
