S ripoffs business from hell kicked me out business

In a nutshell this business is barely keeping itself afloat.

They changed over to a pay to play entity so that players could exchange their earnings for cash. Fine. After 10 months of documented requests to be paid and receiving a few too many of their 'good news...' responses, I closed my 'gold' account, and played only on the free (prize bingos) account. I then contacted the BBB which had fairly immediate results and after another month and a half I received my check along with a somewhat nasty letter from the CEO.

I received a response from them as to why I could suddenly no longer log into my free account. They're pissed off that I contacted the BBB and closed my free account which had several thousand prize bingos attatched to it. This just kinda shows you the pissant antics of a poorly run business. I am fairly certain with all the layoffs of chat monitors etc. And that Oct/Nov/ Dec is the big month (s) for most players 'gold'
accounts to expire, that they also won't be renewing them, thereby even lowering their cash flow for 'payouts'.
