My wife and I made the mistake of ordering a disk for information and got a big headache. The free trial lasts 7-14 days which is truly convenient for them, because it took 14 days just to get the disk to us.
Assuming the trial would start AFTER the first login sesion. OOOPPPS, aoutomatic withdrawls from our bank account and phone calls that run you in circles with no end in sight.
The person I talked with gave me thre different codes to cancel the transaction, BUT the web sites have no place to use them. I am going to close my bank account tomorrow to see how they like not getting to take more of our money.
As far as I can determine RAVENMEDIA and its afilliates are just out to fleece trusting, gullable people who are looking for help.
