I too have had my card charged by emusic.com without authorization. I, however, did not knowingly sign up for any of their services, even a free trial.
The only thing remotely close that I did on the same day was to sign up for a free trial of Rhapsody music service. I have a strong suspicion that somehow the two events are related.
