Fraudulent Credit Card Charges Ontario

I saw an add on-line for weight loss tea. I thought I owuld give it a try. I signed up on-line for a 2 week trial period for just the shipping costs, $6.95.
I cancelled my order 2 days after I received this product, because it was terrible.

The week after I cancelled my order, I was charged the remainder of the cost, $37.00. When I called and complained, they told me I had to mail the product back, my cost, before they would refund my money.

2 weeks after this should have been received back to them, I still have not been refunded the $37.00 and was charged $19.95 for an on-line program, Living Lean Las Vegas that I knew nothing about.

I called again, and was told that in order to receive the 2 week trial period in the first place, I agreed to this month long subscription for Living Lean.
