My husband and I bought 2 DVD's and 1 DVD Box Set, got a confirmation e-mail without a tracking number which was promised; however, we did not receive our merchandise. We have called several times, and left messages because no one picks up at any hour. Can I sue them? Is that a possibility? There is no proof that they even sent my products in the mail. I 'd like my money back! This is ridiculous, and irresponsible of the company, if they can even call themselves that. I am very angry, and disappointed that these people can get away with this!
