Stole CC info off internet and charged me money!

This company stole my credit card information off the internet and charged my debit card in the amount of $11.99 for two months before i caught it. I have NO idea who these people are or how they got my cc info. I have ordered off of amazon so maybe there. This company should be prosecuted for fraud!
