I tried to order a Prada wallet from Bella Purse in Florida twice, but the proprietor sent me the wrong order twice. I returned both wallets to him, but he kept part of my money for his own shipping fee. I would like to point out the following scam behavior:

1. He will not tell you that he does not have the item in stock when you order. He intentionally sent a wrong order. When I complained, there was no apology in the first e-mail from him; instead, he offered a $20 discount to keep the wrong order.

2. When I insisted on the correct order, then he apologized for the "overlook" (his term) and he claimed that he always checks the item before shipping out.

3. To win my trust, he refunded and credited back to Visa the first shipping fee promptly.

4. I asked him to send me the correct wallet. The second wallet was not only the incorrect one, it was defective. I paid $107.10, but he only credited $95 back to my Visa account. He totally ignored my several reminders about the correct amount. Now he will not credit back my Visa card for the second shipping fee. When I asked him why he cannot do it now, yet he was able to refund the first shipping fee through Visa, he blamed the discrepancy on a "system problem." The second time, he offered to mail a check, so far no check is received in the mail.

My advice to other people is that they should not order from this dishonest merchant, Bellapurses.com in Florida.

If you do not have this wallet in stock, please credit back $107.10 plus the shipping fee $11.71 to my husband's credit card. I already received the visa statement and paid.

It is very easy to get hold of me. Please call me at my direct line xxxxxx 9:30am California time.

Your prompt attention and cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

I just received a second wrong Prada wallet I specifically requested a Prada M506 ($119), but you sent me a defective M201A Saffiano wallet ($109). One button is detached from the wallet.

I will send this back. I have purchased quite a few items on the internet, but I have never had this kind of problem. I just want my original order filled correctly.

Please refund my money if you do not have my order. Do not waste any more of my time. It takes a lot of time to pack up and ship it out. I showed that I truly want to buy this wallet. Please treat your customer right.
