Business owners beware. I have worked at this company for a long time. They are a complete scam. Buzzazz, Buzz Web design or Total Biz 24/7 whatever name they are using this week.
There sole objective is to get your credit card or checking information. Once they get that forget about getting a hold of anyone over ther. They are constantly changing phone numbers and addresses. They currently have a P.O. Box out of clear water Fl. What kind of security is that?
Owners Keenan and Kurtis Kintzel always play the nice guy role. When in all reality they are horrible and very greedy people. Kurtis currently has a lean on his home. That's great indication of their stability.
They are also major Scientologists. They force this religion and it's learnings upon it's employees. If you do not go to Scientology courses you will not advance in the business or you may be terminated. Religion should not be pushed at a work place. Everyone has their own beliefs, I understand that but they simply crossed the line too many times.
They are currently being pursued by about 20-30 states attorney's and even seen a letter come in from Govener Arnold in California.
They call businessess on the phone and try to con you in. There very crafty so be careful. The best thing I can say is if you need a web site find a company that has great references. Call at least 10 clients and see what they experienced.
My position was sales and customer service. I know first hand what happens after I made a sale. "NOTHING" They promise the world yet they are never available to get on the phone. I hope Kurtis or Keenan will try and shut me up. It will never happen.
On their current site they show a lot of lies. They have contracts and state they don't. So if you get a site your stuck for a minimum of 3 years. You can leave at anytime if you choose to pay the difference of the remaining 3 year term. They also state they have over 1000 corporate clients. That's pretty funny since I just checked and they have around 400 left.
When I started working there, there was around 100 employees and 1000 clients. They were pretty big at one point in time. Then they brought in Len and his scientologist wife. Len is from Vegas. He was very rude and sometimes pushy towards women. They thrive off of the weak. They will try to convert you to their religion. That is when the company flopped and moved operation over to florida.
Do not do business with these people. There are too many honest business owners getting burned.
Also beware about for hire ads by them. I have witnessed them hire 50 people and charge them for computer and phone usuage. These employees never had a computer only a phone. SO they would get to work for a week or 2 and get fired then basically owe them money. NICE!!!
Watch out for BUZZ!!!
