On the 22nd of December I was browsing through the internet and came across the website called rolex24h.com. I had a look through it and decided to order a 2007 Mens Rose Gold & SS Rolex Turn-O-Graph. I emailed Nicolas Michael saying I was interested in buying the watch for my husband for his christmas. I then got an email straight back with instructions on how to bank wire the money to him. He stated that he does not accept credit cards at all.
Nicolas Michael was very polite with his thank yous all the time, which made me not suspect anything was wrong. I bank wired $1975.00 to the account name Universal Merchant Solutions, Inc. He gave me the routing number #063000021 and the account number #2000022064970. He then gave me the banks address which is Wachovia, Skylake Branch, 1798 NE Miami Gardens Drive, North Miami Beach, FL 33179. He also gave me the SWIFT PNBPUS3M.
I also got emailed his home address 2304 Winona Dr, Panama City, 32405 FL, USA with a phone number that I cant get through to 302-580-5710.
He told me to email him to notify him when the bank wire transfer was complete, I did that as soon as I bank wired $1975.00 to him. I then got an email which was a reciept of what the watch I had bought. I got told it will take 5-14 working days to arrive. The 14 working days past and never recieved a watch. I then emailed Nicolas Michael and never got a reply til a couple of days later. He emailed on the 2nd of January saying he would dispatch it on the 4th of January as there was a mix up with the reference number and shipping.
It is now the 4th of Febuary and I have still not recieved the watch, I have emailed a lot of times and he wont reply. I have now sent a letter to the home address he has give me and as yet never heard anything from him.
I have been totally conned by this deceitful person! And he still has the cheek to trade as I speak on his webite. He is not only conning me but also the Official Rolex Company! Please help get my money back.
