I purchased DVD's of the old series "The Wonder Years" from Empirical films in December. Several of the DVD's were defective. I e-mailed the company - they said they would ship out a new set, and I should return the defective DVD's when I received the new set.
I never received a new set. I sent numberous e-mails - none were answered. I made several phone calls - none were returned.
The following statement appeared on their website:
"The RareDVDs staff is standing by around the clock to answer your email requests and questions. There are no questions too small especially when asking about what' s hot and what' s new. All emails will be answered promptly."
Well, apparently, they must all be asleep because not one person returned any of my query's.
What else can I do? Would the Better Business Bureau be able to help me?
