I was charged twice initially for a 3 month non-recurring membership.
At the end of the 3 month non-recurring membership I was billed again without my authorization.
I tried repeatedly to contact the site to correct the billing error, but the company ignored all my requests to resolve the issue.
For the duration of my 3 month membership the site was down several times totaling approximately 3 weeks down time. The company never apologized or offered restitution to members once the site was back up.
Some members posted in the public forum complaining of the down time and the post was deleted within a short time with no response.
I posted the following in a public forum "How do I contact the billing department". It was deleted in less than 24 hrs with no response.
All of my emails to the management of the website were ignored.
