I never received downloaded songs. I e-mailed Funtonia asking why and their response was: Dear Customer,
You havent submitted your credit card information. Therefore you cannot be charged and your account hasnt been activated.

I HAD submitted my credit card information and I was charged for the service.
I e-mailed them several more times and never got a response. Is there anyone in the same situation that can help with this? There is no phone # available to contact the company.
