Unreasonable delay in delivery of product which is still not received

On July 27, I ordered a Swivel Sweeper for my daughter-in-law. On December 5, I contacted BizBuilders to inquire about the product. They stated that they had contacted me by e-mail. I never received an e-mail from then. I searched my spam addresses to ensure that that source had not been blocked from my receipt. It had NOT been. They then stated that the sweeper was in the warehouse and had been since September 1 awaiting my approval to forward. What was NOT stated at that time was that they had ceased carrying the original sweeper product and had been substituting a product available at I believe it was WalMart. I learned that later. They refused to grant a refund. I told them to forward the product immediately and that this delay was outrageous.

I learned today that the sweeper had not been sent. I called the company and was informed that I would have to wait!!! That the warehouse was sending out 1000 a day (a statement I could care less about), and that was it.

This is 8 days short of 5 months. This is outrageous.
