All you have to do is send a letter and an e-mail stating why you want the refund and your money will be refunded. WHAT A JOKE! After 6 months you can send a letter and an e-mail and you get NOTHING. The joke is on you!
The company does not respond to the e-mails and now their telephone number is busy constantly.
