I ordered some DVD's from this outfit they never sent aconfirmation mail and the phone number they supplied no one ever answers it Internet

I ordered the full carol burnette collection on dvd from dvddonkey and never recieved a confirmation email. They wont answer my mail and the phone number they supplied no one ever answers it.
