To Whom This May Concern:
I applied for a payday and was denied and now I had $149 unauthorized deduction to this so called company called CONSUMER TRUST that I have NO IDEA of who they are. After some research they are a catalog card company that you have to pay a fee then they supposedly send you their catalogs to purchase from, I choose not to deal with these companies because I am a SR COLLECTOR for my company and see my members getting scammed by these companies daily and thought my own credit union was protecting me with all my security pass codes and they allowed this boggus scam of a company if you even want to call them a company to steal money UN-AUTHORIZED by me. I was diagnoised with HEP C over the summer and I need every single penny I earn for rent, utilites, my kemo treatment that I have to co-pay some because of my insurance co-pay and my treatment is not cheap. I am not supposed to become stressed because I could have a stroke or heart attack from the side effects of this treatment and when I saw my online checking acct being deducted of this $149 I began feeling not very well, stress induced that was not needed. I have already lost many days of work because of my illness and now with this because of all my personal info I thought was secure when I applied for a payday loan was sold or whatever when you are denied this is what happened. I have sent a message to my personal bank to put a stop payment and faxing a WUSUP form w/my bank also and on Tues 11-13-07 will be filing a complaint with the attorney general office in Texas. If you can help me I would greatly appreciate because I am one to testify that even payday loan companies are scams because when they deny you a payday loan they either sell, give away or sell your private personal info to the highest bidder. I don't know how but they do do it.
