Jannette Teston (handbagsforless, handbagsforlessnow) from Jesup Georgia has ripped me off

I purchased a few handbags from her, paid through Google Checkout. Received no response to emails when asking for shipping information. When I called I was told I would be refunded. She did not refund me. Google Checkout refunded me and told me they disabled her due to previously committed fraud.

She will not answer the telephone anymore and does not return messages. I queried a search engine and see that she has ripped off others also. She has previously operated under these business names:
