I ordered a 2 year subscription for my brother for Christmas. He never recieved it. Now I feel like a fool! Ripoff

On December 8th I ordered a two year subscription for my brother for Christmas. It is now September 4th and he has recieved nothing. I tried to find the website, no luck. I googled best choice magazines and this website came up. I feel stupid because I kept telling my brother, your magazines are coming. And now it's almost Christmas again.
