Broadband offers which is the same as comcast offers etc is a complete scam. Took my money, never responded to emails, there is no way to contact them by phone, and their address is a P.O. Box. I was a fool to ever to do business with these cheats.
I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company and looking for any recourse either with the state of Arizona or federal just to feel I have done something to injure these theives. It is easy to look on the web and find a slew of people that have been ripped off.
How is it that there is no recourse to web based thieves. If it were a brick and mortar business I could at least file a police report or perhaps throw a brick.
