As the fellow before me, and the others, they have charged the 29.95 monthly fee, which I know I removed during checkout, my receipt basicly shows that I didn't accept that fee. They have charged my card, and have been very un-helpful to get that charge back. I have been in contact with my bank to fight/dispute the charges, that is going to be a slow process I can see now. Their phone people will not, and do not want to hear they are doing illegal process's, and will hang up on you. I guess its attorney time, including the bank if I get billed again.
I will probably have to change my card numbers so it doesn't get billed again. What trouble for a scamming web site, for a not so great software. I mean, I purchased the extra 3 years free updates, why am I getting charged for them. BS.
I hope somebody gets helped with this one and does not purchase from them, I will give you my stuff we got from them, its useless anyway. OH yeah, they will call you all hours of the day and night with their selling spiel to help you get your grant or business loan, which will do no good either. Their sales guys that do that know nothing, they read out of a book, and get them off track, and they go um, let me get you a super visor, as in most other tech support sites.
Wish us luck stopping these butt heads and getting our monies back. Dont do the same mistake we and others have done, stay far away from them. Thanks for reading this rant.
