Ripoff Website offered prizes for completeing sponsor offers then do not give prizes as promised Blank

The website fweeby promises prizes for completing offers of their sponsors and when you fulfil and complete these offers fweeby is supposed to give you prizes for this but they dont. Some of these offers i did cost me money to later find out that fweeby would not follow through on their promise the fweeby company makes money for you completing the offers and the person completing them gets nothing and to me that constitutes fraud
