I purchase a bag from this company's representative (Megan Kennedy). When I received it, it was not authentic as advertise, Nor was it close to the description. It was a fake, plastic christian dior bag! I then called the business card that was enclosed with the bag. I spoke to several difference individuals and for the past three weeks they have given me nothing but the run-a-round.
The first time that I called, a unidentified lady answered the phone and when I asked to speak to Megan, she replied that Megan would be in a few hours.
I then emailed the company and received a return email that I needed to check my records because they did not sell me anything. This was a blatent lie, because the address that I shipped the money order to was the same address on their website until last week... (e. Harmon street)
So, I then called a second time and explained the situation. I was informed by the owner, Shayna that I needed to contact Megan because she is the person who sold the bag to me. I found that to be very strange, but I complied.
I emailed Megan and copied Alldesigners.net and received yet another response asking me to call to discuss the problem because Megan is not an employee but a friend who only visits the store.
I then called and spoke to Shayna again to try to resolve it one last time. Only to be brushed off by her.
This whole situation has been an embarrassing nightmare and I am out of hundred's of dollars. I advise no one to purchase from them because your merchandise will be a fake. I had the autheniticity verified at the Christian Dior store in Maui.
