Shopperssavingcenter.com aka InnerConcepts Inc is an online company based in Nevada. This is the same company and type of promotional offer that originated the Tickets to Oprah promotion program. This has been publicly confirmed as a fraudulent promotion.

I responded to a popup on my computer offering a free laptop. The terms to get the laptop required that I register, complete 10 offers from various companies (2-silver, 2-gold, 6-platinum). Each of the offers that I subscribed to required a low cost trial or required full cost purchase. I also referred 2 friends who also referred 2 friends.

I completed the offer by registering and accepting the necessary offers from the advertisers. I was approved and activated and was able to check my gift status on a daily basis. The offer claims that it can take 4 to 6 weeks for the gift status to reflect approval as they need to wait for confirmation from the advertisers. Therefore I was patient.

At first, many of my purchases were approved so I seemed as if everything was moving along smoothly. When items that I had paid for and received were not approved, I wrote to the promotion company through their 'contact us' section.

Now it is 8 weeks since I registered. I have received a message from shopperssavingcenter.com. The message comes up when I check on the 'view your gift status'. It reads "Thank you for your interest in our offer ShoppersSavingCenter.com! Due to the limited time nature of the offer, your registration is now expired."

I wrote to them at least 5 times during the 2 months and never received a response. My messages regarded the items that I purchased and paid for but were not approved.

The company failed to satisfy the offer therefore this is a scam. Identity theft also occurred when I was charged on my credit card for items that I did not subscribe to. Obviously my credit card information was made available to other companies.

I have spent a lot of money and time attempting to keep the offer real but regardless of how many phone calls I made or how much time I spent checking my credit card and offer status, I was not able to get the laptop even though I fulfilled the participation requirements.
