I felt sick when reading the prevous report about Queen's Fashion. I was hoping I was wrong about them.
Again, I ordered some shoes. When nothing appeared for FIVE WEEKS! I finally emailed very nicely and asked for my money back. I emailed a reply that they would send it to the credit department for processing.
TWO WEEKS later, nothing. I'm not rich. I can't just write off the money. I've sent further emails. No response. I've called. Never got a person! Left messages. No calls back. I found new numbers for them. No answer at one and a disconnected number at the other.
I don't want to admit I've been stupid, but I WILL NEVER shop online again. I have little hope after hearing of their past history and I will make every effort to be a thorn in their side until I get my money.
The better business bureau if my next step and then I will leave several messages every day until they call me back.
DO NOT EVER SHOP FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! You will be sadly disappointed and they are getting rich by selling you photos and then disappearing.
