I dont know if it will matter folks but I just got screwed out of 1936.00 by emerchant/smc. The cancellation process was shady but I have kept all emails and a phone log. I want to hear your story if you feel like you have been ripped by these guys. I am going to start a petition to send to the BBB in California to have them removed.in addition I will ask an attorney if we have enough for a case and at the very least we can send the petition to the DA's office. Im sure we wont get our money back but maybe we can stop this from happening to someone else.
For the record I had no problem with SMC only the emerchant branch of SMC. Lets stop them from hurting others
