My freelance writing business was contracted to research and create original trivia questions for a trivia-related site (i.E., Googess.com). After my initial work submissions were accepted, I was paid, but only after several persistent requests for this payment.
After the second submissions of trivia questions on January 26, I was told they would accept my work, but not to submit more until notified. I have not been paid for this second submission of questions, even after no less than seven requests for payment, including invoices sent to this organization. All requests remain unanswered. I had an attorney draft an action letter requesting payment for services rendered, which they also have not responded to.
At the present time, this company is apparently thriving from the work and time I dedicated to providing quality services, yet they have turned a blind eye to the requests for the money they owe me.
